The OTT major Disney+ Hotstar, today, released the frightening trailer of its ‘horror-filled’ movie titled “Bloody Ishq”. Main character of the movie will be Avika Gor and Vardaan Puri, but at the same time also Shyam Kishore has an important role in it. The trailer seems to have everything that it takes to make the film a captivating thriller.

The trailer starts off with a resonating voice that states, “Koi nahi, bas hum aur hamaari tanhaai. Yaddaash cheez hi aisi hai, ek baar chali jaaye, toh you never know what is coming back”. This is followed by the introduction of the characters played by Avika Gor and her partner, played by Vardaan Puri. After coming home, Avika starts feeling uneasy with the vibes of the new mansion, in an unknown Scottish island. She, then, immediately tells the same to her boyfriend, who does not pay much attention to it.

That’s when Avika suddenly meets a mysterious lady in the house. And when she asks her about the reason for meeting her, the lady says that she wanted to warn her, Neha, Avika Gor’ character, that the house was haunted. This is then, followed by a series of situations which leads the audience to a glimpse of what to expect from this horror thriller.

Towards the end of the trailer, Avika Gor’s character is shown meeting up with someone only to find out the spirit which has been haunting her house! Does she get an answer to her question is what will be revealed when the film discloses on the OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar. To solve all Avika Gor’ character problem and doubts will come to detective played by Shyam Kishore.

In a media statement, Shyam Kishore said that he is fond of horror genre and to bag the role was engrossing and exigent. Kishore also said that this movie is completely different from Bhatt’s previous one titled “1920: Horrors of the Heart” or “Mansion 24”. He is really very happy and grateful that Vikram Bhatt considered him and gave a great chance to work in his film. Kishore said and added that is detective character helped him explore his inner abilities as an actor. 

Shyam Kishore talks very fondly of this film Bloody Ishq as on the very first day of the shoot he happened to meet Mahesh Bhatt who liked Shyam’s performance a lot and gave a few valuable tips as well. Shyam also got tremendous appreciation from Director Vikram Bhatt for his fine and to the point performance. Director Vikram Bhatt also gave Shyam Kishore a very nice and cool look for the film in the detective’s role. With two back to back releases Shyam Kishore’s career is moving in the right direction as he is currently busy taking narrations of upcoming projects.

On the other hand, the film’s director Vikram Bhatt said that it could be hard to believe him, but he was scared of watching horror films, even though he absolutely enjoyed making them for the viewers. In the same breath, he added that he had been wanting to make a horror love story for the longest and when he spoke to Mahesh Bhatt about it, without a second thought, he agreed and that was how “Bloody Ishq” was born!
