Mumbai, XX August 2026: Banke International Properties, a global real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has launched the India edition of its Future Leaders Internship Programme, designed to equip a cohort of 10 students with practical experience across real estate functions.

The India launch comes at a time when the country’s property market and pool of young talent are expanding, even as the gap between academic learning and practical business experience widens. The internship aims to bridge this divide with an exposure and opportunities to work on real-world assignments.

The programme’s India debut follows its implementation in Dubai, where it attracts students of diverse nationalities, including those from Bulgaria, Russia, India and the UAE. In India, the internship will be offered at the company’s Thane and Andheri offices. A limited cohort size helps participants receive personalised mentoring, interact directly with business leaders and work on live assignments.

Unlike conventional internships that restrict participants to a single department, the Future Leaders Internship Programme from Banke International Properties will deliver a cross-functional learning experience. Interns get exposure to real estate sales, social media and digital marketing, finance, customer relationship management, human resources, operations, recruitment, information technology and PropTech.

Selected participants will work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to Banke International Properties live business projects. Interns will contribute to live business projects and gain exposure to client engagements, developer interactions, marketing campaigns, recruitment, business meetings and operational planning. Practical training will cover CRM platforms, PropTech solutions, market research, digital marketing and customer relationship management.
