The device is backed by a 6,500mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging, delivering strong battery endurance within its slim profile.

Photography is one of Vivo’s standout strengths, and the X200 FE lives up to that legacy. It boasts a Zeiss-tuned triple camera setup that includes a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front, a 50MP selfie camera capable of shooting in 4K resolution adds to the appeal for vloggers and selfie enthusiasts.

Internally, the Realme GT 7 is powered by the newer and slightly more efficient MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset built on a 3nm process. This is coupled with configurations offering up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage, placing it ahead of the Vivo X200 FE in terms of raw hardware capability. It houses a massive 7,000mAh battery and supports 120W ultra-fast charging, ensuring more usage time and significantly quicker recharge speeds.

The GT 7 also impresses in the camera department with a triple rear camera system led by a 50MP Sony IMX906 primary sensor, accompanied by a 50MP periscope telephoto lens and an 8MP ultra-wide unit. It supports advanced video features like Dolby Vision and cinematic recording modes. However, its 16MP selfie camera doesn’t quite match the Vivo X200 FE’s offering, particularly for those who prioritize front-facing camera quality.

On the software side, both phones offer extended update promises. Vivo pledges four years of Android OS updates and five years of security patches, while Realme offers three years of major updates and four years of security patches. This gives Vivo a slight edge for users focused on long-term support.

When it comes to real-world usage, the Vivo X200 FE excels in portability, premium build, camera quality—especially for front-facing photography—and balanced performance. It’s tailored for users who prefer a sleek, all-rounder phone with reliable photographic output and a robust, compact form factor. The Realme GT 7, on the other hand, is ideal for users who crave a large, ultra-bright display, longer battery endurance, and slightly more processing power for gaming and media-heavy tasks.
