At Kishor Bharati Stadium, Kolkata, is a transformative program aimed at youth empowerment through scouting education, digital literacy, and financial awareness. Organized in collaboration with the Government of West Bengal and integrated with UNICEF’s Passport to Earning (P2E) program, this initiative equips students with discipline, leadership skills, and technological proficiency to thrive in a modern economy. Alongside this, a free hotel management training program has been introduced across high schools in West Bengal, offering ₹5,000 monthly stipends, free food and accommodation, and guaranteed job placements, with plans for nationwide expansion. Further strengthening its commitment to education and skill development, the organization will launch its national magazine,

“Scouting for All,” on May 5, 2025, focusing on scouting, education, environment, and sports. On the same day, the Rashtriya Gaurav Samman Award 2025 will be hosted at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi, honoring excellence in education, leadership, and social service, with the presence of a Central Minister, former Attorney General of India, MPs, and MLAs. With a long-term vision to expand these programs nationwide, this initiative is a significant step toward equipping youth with essential skills, fostering employment opportunities, and contributing to India’s socio-economic progress.
